Precautions for use of LED exposed lights and troubleshooting methods
I. matters needing attention:
(1) it is not allowed to connect the positive and negative poles of the power output with the positive and negative poles of the exposed LED lamp or make a short circuit, otherwise the IC of the point light source will be burnt out and the signal cannot be transmitted. (refer to the full color controller signal wiring diagram)
(2) do not connect the wrong power supply. The rated voltage of LED point light source produced by our company is DC5V/DC12V/DC 24V (if connected directly to 220V, the point light source will be burnt out completely; if connected to 12V products with rated power of 5V, most of the LED point light source and control chip will be burnt out).
(3) when inserting or unplugging the SD card, please be careful to disconnect the power of the controller, otherwise it will easily burn out the SD card.
(4) when writing, the hole diameter of LED point light source is standard 12mm. If the hole diameter is too small, the lamp cannot be forcibly inserted, which is easy to loosen the lamp foot and cause the dead color of the lamp and IC cannot be transmitted.
Ii. Failure causes and solutions
1. LED point light source uncontrolled: phenomenon: point light source is not bright or partially bright but no animation effect
Elimination methods :(1) check the controller -- first check whether the controller switch is on and whether the card is read (the normal card reading is 1 light on and 1 light off); (2) check the signal input direction of LED point light source. The input direction of general point light source signal is 4 lines, white and green are signals, and red and white are power sources; (3) check the wiring problems. The conventional products of the controller outlet are GND -- white DAT -- green line docking. (4) if it is correct, the controller switch can be turned on after power off for about 2 minutes.
2. Some LED point light source is not controlled: phenomenon: if the animation effect of the previous point light source is normal, the light below does not have animation effect from a certain point light source.
Solutions :(1) if the IC(or input line) of the LED point light source or the output line of the previous point light source is broken, replace the IC(or input line) of the LED point light source;
(2) the number of point light source for program writing is not enough, ask the business staff about the number of program design (for example, if the test program is 100 points, the LED point light source after 100 points will be partially bright but without animation effect).
3. Animation disorder: phenomenon: the picture will move, but there is no law or part of the law.
Solution: check whether the lamp is consistent with the designed wiring diagram. Please adjust the wiring connection of the inserted lights according to the drawing, or input the actual wiring diagram of the inserted lights into the computer to redo the program.
4. The screen will shake: phenomenon: the animation is normal but the screen will flicker, or the front part of the light is normal, the back light will shake. Troubleshooting methods :(1) check whether the maximum distance between the controller and the first LED point light source is more than 8 meters (if it is more than 8 meters, an amplifier should be added between the controller and LED point light source) or the quality of signal line, and use the network cable with shielding function. (2) secondly, check whether the power of the power source meets the requirements (for example, a 12mm full-color point light source with a 300W/5V power source can bring about 800 point light sources)
5. Inconsistent brightness of LED point light source: exclusion method: the power cord of the head and tail of each group of point light source should be connected to the power source (it is recommended to use 1.5 square cross-wire of pure copper state standard wire and not shorten within 3 meters).
6. Some LED point light source color does not come out: rule: the point light source of a certain color is broken, the point light source to replace.
7. After rain, part of LED point light source signal cannot be lowered: exclusion method: it is suggested to use insulation layer material at the inlet and outlet line of LED point light source before installation of the project, so as to completely eliminate the interference signal of water inflow.
